· Our Double Chuck Lathes are Indian and US Make. We also have Ordered Arnold Lathe for Large of 200mm Diameter Quartz Working. Currently we have from 45mm, 80mm, 110mm, 160mm and 200mm Bore Quartz Working Machineries.

· Specialized CNC Machined Quartz Plates and Discs

· Quartz Welding and fabrication of Semiconductor ware, Capable to fabricate Quartz Wafer Boats for Diffusion.

· Engaged in manufacturing of Quartz Diffusion and Furnace Tubes.

· ‘CRYOGLAS’ a separate unit for making of Dewar Flasks, Fabricated Spherical Dewar Flasks for the First time in India, also engaged in making of Jumbo Glass Dewar up to 40 Liters.

· We take a Pride of being World’s First Quartz Parting Tray Maker. Currently Fabricating over 500 Trays a year with its 70% Share in Export Market.

· Large Stock of High Purity Transparent Quartz Tubing and Plates with 2 Warehouses located in Thane & Satara.
